Die Sony LinkBuds sind besonders leicht und angenehm zu tragen, sodass sie stundenlang nicht stören. Das offene Ringdesign sorgt dafür, dass Umgebungsgeräusche immer hörbar bleiben – ideal für den Straßenverkehr oder das Büro. Die Gesprächsqualität ist dank des klaren Mikrofons überdurchschnittlich. Allerdings fehlt es dem Klang an Bass und Tiefe, und die Geräuschunterdrückung ist begrenzt. Auch die Akkulaufzeit ist im Vergleich zu anderen Modellen eher kurz. Diese Ohrhörer sind vor allem dann sinnvoll, wenn Komfort und Umweltbewusstsein wichtiger sind als reine Klangqualität.

I bought these LinkBuds to replace a set from Klipsch that finally gave up; they were great. These things are impossible to fit in your ear and be loud enough. The only way to get decent volume out of them is to barely insert them into your ears. When they hang just a whisper away from falling out, then and only then is the volume sufficient. I can't wait for them to break or fall out and get lost so that I can replace them with something good.

ach, es ist zum Verzweifeln! Zum einen liebe ich die Dinger, weil ich Podcasts hören kann und immer noch alles um mich herum mitbekomme. Jedoch ist mein linkes Ohr offenbar leider anatomisch komplett inkompatibel mit den LinkBuds, so dass es zum Glücksfall wurde, überhaupt mal Ton in akzeptabler Lautstärke zu vernehmen. Das linke Ding habe ich deshalb aus Frust kurzerhand entsorgt und begnüge mich nun mit Mono. Deshalb auch nur zwei Sterne.
