It's a good pair of headphones for my phone but when I try to connect it to my old laptop and watch a video on a media site (example: YouTube) the sound starts skipping like a needle on a record it is very annoying so I'm using the cable on my laptop

I bought thosre not even a year ago, and since 2 weeks the right earpiece stopped working for no apparent reason. Trying to contact the help offer online and in the app only result in repeated orders to register the product what I already did when i purchased them. Thus the product as well as customer service is disappointing
