Der Skullcandy Grom Jr ist ein kabelloser Kinderkopfhörer mit sicherer Lautstärkebegrenzung und langer Akkulaufzeit. Das robuste und bequeme Design ist ideal für Kinder. Bluetooth 5.2 ist praktisch, aber die Verbindung kann gelegentlich schwierig sein. Es gibt nur passive Geräuschreduzierung. Der Klang ist für Kinder ausreichend, aber nicht für Audiophile. Skullcandy didn’t send the Grom wired headphones that I actually ordered. They sent some random in-ear things, so I can’t rate the product itself having never received it. My rating of SkullCandy is 1 star and that is being generous. A complete lack of customer service. Could only talk to a chatbot, who told me I had to initiate a returns process to return the wrong product incorrectly sent to me by them, wait 10 business days for the refund and then I could place a new order again for the headphones I originally wanted (which would take at least another week to get to me). The chatbot told me someone from customer service would reach out to me. I am still waiting two weeks later…….
