Habe das Produkt zügig erhalten.Nutze es nun schon einige Wochen und kann es sehr weiterempfehlen. Zur Musikwiedergabe gibt es sicher bessere in Ear Buds. Für TV aber absolut geeignet. Möchte nicht mehr drauf verzichten.

Gelungenes Produkt. Sehr gut für Menschen mit Hörbeeinträchtigung geeignet. Seniorentauglich, relativ einfach zu bedienen. Einrichtung, Verbindung über die App für ältere Menschen,ohne oder wenig Smartphone-Erfahrung, nicht unbedingt leicht. Audioergebnis überzeugt. Empfehlenswert.

It’s just been over a year. Cannot update the firmware or connect it to my TV! The troubleshooting options did not help!! For something that is around $400, this is disappointing!

In my opinion these are very basic and not that good quality for the money. Easy to set up but the cables in the box that come with it are not very long. Having got it set up i was surprised how poor the sound quality was of the ear buds and how uncomfortable they were, because of this they are going to be returned.
