Sennheiser IE200

I have been using a A&K SR35 with Tidal and still wasn’t being blown away using my stock Sony in ears. I was unwilling to spend £1k as this stage on top of the range. AI suggested that a investment in these lower priced models would open up a whole world - and boy have they! The whole soundstage is so much more nuanced - you can hear things in songs you know inside out that never heard before. The first night I tried them I ended up revisiting my catalogue and discovering joy with every song. It is a massive upgrade to the whole experience and allows the SR35 to shine. It’s such a difference I am going to demo some higher end in the range at sometime soon. Richer sounds as always my go to - ordered and they arrived next day even though didn’t pay for next day delivery. Will of course use their store next time I need a demo. Believe the reviews - you can have the best system out there but the headphones will always make a massive difference and worth the investment also.

Excellent sound and comfort. I have paired them with an ifi go dac for out and about and a hip dac for home use. Genuinely hearing detail I could not hear before. Only slight niggle is the foam ear tips, they alter the sound to me and not for the better. Overall a definite recommend, you really need a dac or dongle dac to make them shine though.

Habe nun ca 6 verschiedene In Ears für Live Konzerte ausprobiert. Die IE200 klingen sehr gut. Auch der Bass kommt satt und punchy rüber. Nur die Abschirmung war bei mir leider ein bisschen ein Problem. Wenn ich aber mit Bands spiele, die nicht so mega laut sind, geht es sich super aus.

Great and safe choice for those wishing to simply buy hq iems without needing to adjust on an app

I purchased these two weeks ago from R/S. They were recommended as an ideal pairing with the Questyle M12i Dac. I wanted an iem with a balanced complete sound. After trying a lot of iems during the past 18months, I was amazed at how a 7mm true response iem could sound so good. The midrange is divine, the bass extension superb and the details spot on. They have exceeded my expectations. I use Qobuz for audiophile quality music and my iPhone 16 pro for bit for perfect bit streaming and the result is truly amazing. I have a few end game setups like the Cayin ru7 + Dunu, Questyle M15i + Mega5est & Mojo 2 + Kiwi Astral. But my absolute favourite is the M12i + ie200. Enjoyable comfortable and completely immersive and non fatiguing. Probably the best purchase I have in this hobby.
