Der Rode NTH-100 überzeugt durch hohen Tragekomfort, vor allem dank Alcantara-Polster und CoolTech-Gel. Der Klang ist natürlich und detailliert, aber der Bass ist manchmal zu präsent und die Höhen wirken etwas flach. Die Geräuschisolierung ist gut und die Bauqualität robust mit Metallbügel. Das Kabel kann flexibel links oder rechts angeschlossen werden, jedoch ist das Kabel zwischen Ohrmuschel und Bügel anfällig und die Ohrpolster sind schwer zu ersetzen. Für Komfort und direktes Klangbild eine gute Wahl, aber nicht für absolute Neutralität und einfache Austauschbarkeit.

I purchased these after some web research, and a month later they won the What Hi Fi? awards for best wired headphones of 2025. I'm not surprised; even though these are Rode's first ever headphones they got it right first time. The build quality is up to daily pro studio work, and the fit is very comfortable for long periods of use. Audio quality is exceptionally good, with a "spacious" well balanced sound that one normally associates with open back headphones. Sound isolation is very good for both the user and others in a room. Highly recommended!

These are Rode's first ever headphones, and I think they have got it right first time. Excellent for a wide range of musical genres and the low impedance means that a laptop can drive them for a pleasant sound. They really should be connected to a hi-fi system with a decent headphone amp in order to appreciate just how good they really are.
