Das zuerst gelieferte Headset hat gerauscht, habe ich auf meine Kosten - 6,99 euro - an den Lieferanten zurück geschickt. Habe zeitnah Ersatz geliefert bekommen. Alles bestens. Die Kosten 6,99 Euro für den Paketversand der Rücklieferung hat mir der Lieferant nicht erstattet. habe auch nicht darum gebeten, weil ich der Meinung bin, dass ist selbstverständlich plus eine Aufmerksamkeit, weil der erste Artikel schadhaft war. kommt ja evtl noch.

I bought these headphones for use at work - I do a lot of conference calls and other long phone calls, and find a headset more comfortable and practical than a handset. Initially I was a bit put off by the price (there are lots of similar looking cheaper products) but have to say this was worth every penny - great sound quality, and very comfortable and light even with lots of use. Recommend this headset highly.

Extremely impressed with the service, I bought 5 head sets for my team at work and 1 did not work, called them and they sent a replacement out the next day. Excellent customer service would use again and recommend :) I got the leather ear pads but would advise they do give you slightly sweaty ears if you are on a long call.

I have a plantronics amplifier, and my old headset wasn't working properly. When I put the new ones on and switched my hearing aids over to the coil setting, I got interference. I never had this problem with my old headset and haven't changed any settings on the amp. If this new headset can only be used on certain phones or with certain amplifiers then they should say so

Achtung, das ist mir schon öfter bei Amazon passiert. Hier ist das Foto des binauralen (zwei Hörmuscheln) Headset abgebildet. Verkauft wird aber nur ein monaurales (Hörmuschel nur auf einer Seite) Headset. Es heißt zwar oft, Abbildung ähnlich usw. aber warum sind eigentlich immer nur die höherwertigen Produktbilder platziert. ... das ist doch so gewollt...
