I was very reluctant to order these because the headset I inquired about was no longer available and it was replaced by this new style that I had to order. I was nervous because Headsets Direct has a “no return” policy and I was very torn about what to do. Toni made me feel more comfortable and so I placed the order. Very glad I did because they work perfectly. I will continue to buy from your company, but the “no return” policy can be a detriment to some wanting to buy. I am glad Toni was the person that I spoke to, because she was so very helpful.
