I recently purchased these earbuds, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The sound quality is phenomenal. I like the dynamic bass setting that enhances the bass even at low volumes. Whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, the audio experience is superb.The comfort level is great, too. They fit snugly in my ears without causing any discomfort, and the battery life is impressive.I selected the grey earbuds because I prefer muted color tones. The sleek and stylish design is a plus. The noise-canceling feature is great.Overall, these earbuds have met my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone who would like high-quality, reliable, and stylish earbuds.

These are garbage i had my first set replaced by the retail store as one ear bud failed are 2 months & i hardly used them And now just out of warranty the left ear bud has failed the light stays on all the time even in the case ive tryied everything like factory reset & all info from the phillips site .These have had very little use & to have 2 sets faulty just shows you how bad they really are & theres never any kind of firmware update or support stay away from this rubbish .Phillips used to be a great product but now junk .

I like these headphones, aside from the fact THEY REFUSE TO CHARGE!. Constantly having to reset, reboot, just to get the buds to charge in the case. Case is 100%, buds flashing saying they are in the case, but they just don't charge.

I simply cannot get them to pair. Tried charging white light goes on and then off but nothing I do following every instruction carefully is working . Wonder whether lithium battery is dead?
