One side of the headphones stopped working completely - now it has been 6 months and the headphones were barely used (about 5 times since were bought) - Amazon is sending me back to the manufacturer - although the product was originally sold by Amazon . honestly this should have not happened to a reputable product from company like Panasonic...

For a pair of cheap headphones they're great, very comfy tho head band adjustment is a bit slack, but not really a problem. Sound quality is fairly good, but were cheap so ya can't expect super ace quality sounds but plenty good enough.

Great quality, great price for a good well known brand. Comfortable headphones with microphone, bought for my nephew to use for gaming. Just what he needed & lasting well. Definitely recommend.
