Four months ago I reviewed and gave these a 2 star rating because of a very tight fit. After being persistent with these and allowing the foam of the cans to break in, I'm adjusting my review up to 4 stars. They still get uncomfortable, however I'm able to wear them for approximately four or five hours now. This is about the maximum time I'd ever wear them. Give them time to break in and they're just about perfect, even considering the price. They have a premium feel and sound. For my at-home listening experience these have become my go-to cans.

I bought a set of Phillips O'neal headphones 2 yrs ago and they finally died because of cord problems. However, the sound in those headphones was great. And they fit perfectly. And they cost 30 bucks. I will be returning these shortly, and will just have to swallow the 15% restocking fee, which is gonna end up being 30 bucks. Very disappointed to say the least. Also, seriously, are these headphones made for women or young teens? I just can't believe how freaking small they are.

These headphones are NOT bad for what they are. If you’re used to earbuds or cheap headphones, these will knock your socks off. However, I’ve been using a nice set of headphones I bought a year ago for about half of this price, and I think they sound better and are more comfortable. These headphones are nice but I don’t know if they’re worth the price. Better headphones can be found for cheaper.

Sound quality remained very good when used with either a 3 ft. or 6 ft. stereo extension cable. With a 10 ft. cable some smearing of the sound was noticeable.

My son has a high end Audio-Technica AD700X ,side by side the MTX just blows the Audio-Tech away ,sound comfort, but especially in the Bass ,in Bass sound the MTX runs circles around it.No comparison.
