Like allways jvc is good quality, I am happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a pair of wired headphones, and after just three weeks of use, they suddenly stopped working. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out to customer service have been met with complete silence. I've sent multiple emails and messages, but it seems like nobody at the customer service department cares about addressing my issue.The lack of response is incredibly disappointing and leaves me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I expected better after-sales support, especially when dealing with a malfunction so soon after purchase.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution others against investing in these headphones. A product is only as good as the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, and in this case, it seems nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and consider alternatives with better customer support.

Avoid. They are extremely tight and just ended up hurting my ears. And the sound quality is ridiculously bad.

Ich trage sie bei der Hausarbeit wobei das Geräusch des Staubsaugers gut gedämpft wird. Ich habe sie mir eigentlich gekauft,weil ich dachte,dass man mit der 1 Tasten Fernbedienung die Lautstärke regeln könnte,aber dem ist leider nicht so. Vielleicht habe ich da auch nur etwas falsch verstanden. Ansonsten bin ich mit der Qualität des Kopfhöhrers zufrieden. Besonders gefällt mir,dass man ihn platzsparend zusammenklappen kann.

GREAT IF THEY WERE JUST HEADPHONES BUT I HAD THEM FOR MP3 AUDIO USING THE REMOTE .THE BUTTON ON THIS IS 100 TIMES TOO SENSITIVE AND ACTIVATES IF THE WIND IS BLOWING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION...
