Cannot pair these headphones with my computer (iMac 2020 & MacBook Pro) without music crackling and interference. These headphones don’t connect to JBL app so can’t update firmware. Nightmare as I bought for £120 as wireless headphones but have to use a wire! Do not buy!

These headphones are boxy! They fit the head in a cube like shape and don’t look normal at all. Protrusive and square.

These are the best over the ear headphones I have ever found. The sound is great and they don’t fall off while I’m running. I do however recommend getting a darker color if possible I if you dye you’re hair like I do o got the white pairs and mine are sorta stained around the ears on them from sweating and the dye bleeding because of the sweat

As a AV technician I can't believe how a brand can work so hard to make a wireless headphone so difficult to manage and operate. Is absolute crap, not been able to even switch it on, not to talk about connecting it to any device. The user experience developer of the company must have serious brain fog. I believe they made this one to get the brand down, no explanation for such a bad experience.
