The head phone cover keeps coming off and they have already broken within the month of purchasing already.

Hi, I purchased these headphones. They work great while watching media yet while on a phone call or a zoom call it switches back to the phone audio not the headphones- how can I get it to keep the audio on the headphones?

love jbl. headphones are quality, but the ear muff is small which makes it hurt the ears for use more than 1 hour. so i think for kids it would be better marketed. not so much for adult- full grown people head phones. love the sound, not the feel.
