Doesn’t fit my ears and bass is dependant on tight fit so I lose all bass. Running causes them to fall out consistently. Hurts to use bigger ear fitments, no solution possible. Expensive trash

This is my second set of Jaybirds. They are horrible. Tarah was the first, but those were tolerable for the first 6 months before the battery just stopped charging. I charged these ones fully (got the green light) and the battery only last 15 minutes into my run! Tried charging again and the same thing happened, they went from fully charged, to 40%, 20% in under 10 minutes. Annoying. Returning. I'm done with this brand.

I am a longtime user of these particular earbuds, and purchased these to replace a pair I unfortunately lost. While I have no qualms with the quality of the product (which I love!), I do have an issue when I open a “new” box to find the product appears to have already been opened and tried on (fins and buds already applied, and seem to have earwax on them). This would have been my 3rd pair, so I am familiar with how the packaging should look when opened new. The earbuds were sloppily inserted into their packaging and some of the accessories (fins, silicone earbuds) were already opened. In addition to that, the earbuds would not charge when plugged in. The light on the battery clip would light up but not the main battery on the earbuds. Will be returning due to these reasons. An unfortunate case of poor quality control by the distributer I guess. Too bad as I really like these earbuds!

Loved that I could find a wireless headset that fit my ears Video is very helpful Great for listening to podcasts as you ride on your cycling trainer Sometimes picks up another bluetooth device cancelling the sound on the other device. Easily solved
