These are very versatile in comparison to.othe other headphones i have used. They are ideal for home office use while serving well for general purpose. Would be better if they came in a better case.

Function is great but fit not so, the earpads need to be flatter against the ears as tends to roll off the head

Very comfortable to wear, noise cancelling is good however signal drops on occasion., I have checked software etc. Also whne I contacted Dell about side tone as I couldn't hear myself thru the headset Dell Support advised these headphones do not have side tone but I managed to locate the setting to enable this in the control panel.

Terrible microphone quality with loads of background noise and poor voice quality during use. Wouldn't recommend for any purpose at all.

Identifying ones own Bluetooth device in a room full of other people using the same device is nigh on impossible, interaction with MS Teams is baffling, Bluetooth only with no wired option. Lost an entire meeting trying to get microphone to work. If you are lucky enough to find the right combination of settings to make this HS work the sound quality is quite good
