Absolutely shocking quality from a premium brand. I'm now on my second pair of Bose QC Ultra Earbuds-first one had the right earbud fail with static and muffled audio. Bose replaced them under warranty, and now-just two weeks later-the left earbud has the same issue. Sounds like wind noise or a busted AM radio. Tried every fix in the book: resets, updates, cleaning, app settings-nothing works. For a product at this price, the failure rate is unacceptable. I expected world-class engineering, not repeat defects in under a month. These are not "Ultra" anything. Just ultra disappointing. Save your money. Avoid this product.

While the QuietComfort Earbuds 2 aren’t the best-sounding true wireless headphones you can buy, they’re still competitive. But that's not really the point: if you want absolutely, positively the most effective noise-cancellation of any true wireless earbuds around, well… here they are. It's next-level stuff.
