Der Beyerdynamic DT 150 250 Ohm ist ein echtes Studiopferd mit extrem robuster Bauweise und austauschbaren Teilen, was ihn langlebig macht. Die Geräuschisolierung ist hervorragend, ideal für laute Studios. Der Klang ist kräftig mit viel Bass, aber die Höhen sind etwas zurückhaltend, wodurch der Gesamteindruck dunkel wirkt. Aufgrund der hohen Impedanz ist ein separater Kopfhörerverstärker nötig; am Handy ist die Lautstärke zu gering. Größe und Gewicht machen ihn weniger mobil. Das Kabel ist proprietär und nicht mit anderen Modellen austauschbar. Für Studio und Monitoring eine zuverlässige Wahl, für HiFi oder unterwegs gibt es bessere Alternativen.

What a great pair of headphones, have been using them for tracking and mixing, they isolate well. I was looking for a pair that would create less click bleed when recording acoustic guitar and just a second pair for my interface as it offers two headphone outputs!

Der Kopfhörer sitzt bei mir komfortabel und gut. Das Design ist Retro, was ich aber nicht störend empfinde. Das Klangbild finde ich im Vergleich zu dem Shure SRH undefiniert und höhenlastig. Vor allem die Bässe sind mir zu unaufgelöst und verschleiernd.

I have bought the headphones to use them with a Markbass Vintage Pre, which I like very much, but the volume I get from the headphones is low. Just to give you a comparison, normal headphones (e.g. from iPhone) are double louder. To hear the bass properly with the DT-150, I have to push the Master of my preamp next to its maximum position (same story with active basses). As a drawback of this configuration, if I switch to the amp forgetting the pre master near to 100%, then I could have a shock. Sound quality is good. Overall, very robust and good construction. My feeling is that they are not lightweight, but comfortable.

Nach einer langen Reise durch fast das gesamte KH-Programm endlich DAS Arbeitsgerät fürs Studio gefunden. Den DT770 kann als als Mithöre im Orchester einsetzten, aber nicht zum Mastern. Und er drückt mit der Zeit gewaltig. Der Austrian Audio ist ein Witz mit seinem absurden Frequenzgang usw. Das Ding hier sieht aus wie aus den 70ern aber tut genau das, was er soll. Ein ehrliches, gerades Klangbild mit ausreichend Räumlichkeit und angenehm am Ohr. Zum Mastern absolut geeignet. Wie weit der Schall nach außen absorbiert wird muss ich noch testen. Aber Sprachaufnahmen schneiden ist damit schon einmal eine Freude :-)
