Works perfectly, straight out of the box, and it means that while the rest of the office sit with microphones in front of them like Rosemary the Telephone Operator, I can use a traditional handset. On the down-side, there's no proper stand, just a tiny cradle with double sided tape to stick it on to something.

I use Skype for Business from home, and while headsets are great for long meetings, there is nothing like "picking up the phone" to get some business done. great sound, very light (SO also my prefered travel option). very happy with it. Would have liked a switch on it to mute and disconnect, but who am I at this price to be picky :-D
