Ear muffs split open and could not be repaired. Had to buy new ear muffs for headphones. Parts were not in stock and had to be ordered. This model was supposed to be high quality.

They sound fantastic, are very efficient, comfortable and sturdy. I like the locking mechanism for the cables and it comes with two sizes. The price is probably too low for what they are and they might even sell better if they were twice as expensive.

I've had my AKG361 for a few years. They're my "inexpensive" set that I keep with my computer. Fantastic quality. The pad materials started flaking off so I quit using them, but just realized recently I can replace them! Super! Back in action.

The AKG K361 are satisfactory for audio reproduction accuracy. They comply well with our target curve with a bit of extra low-end weight and a somewhat warm top-end. They produce no audible harmonic distortion, either. However, their sound signature isn't the smoothest, due to narrow peaks and dips in the treble. Unfortunately, the headphones' fit and seal are susceptible to variations between people's characteristics (such as long hair, glasses, and head size), resulting in either relatively weak bass or even punchier bass.

I purchased these headphones about a year ago and was really impressed with the sound quality and the fact that they are wired. However, they sat in my bedroom drawer until I began using them outdoors a month or two ago. Despite not having any prior damage, the ear pads began to peel off. One of the pads now looks like it’s been heavily used for years. I don't see an option to replace them either, which is quite frustrating. It’s surprising that they would make the pads so thin that they don’t even last six months.
