Das Thrustmaster Ferrari F1 Wheel Add-On ist bei F1-Fans wegen des realistischen Designs und der vielen Tasten beliebt. Die Ergonomie und der Griff sind gut, besonders mit Handschuhen, und das Lenkrad funktioniert mit PC, PlayStation und Xbox, sofern eine kompatible Thrustmaster-Basis vorhanden ist. Die Materialien sind jedoch weniger hochwertig, insbesondere Tasten und Schalter fühlen sich billig an und bieten wenig Feedback. Die Griffe können bei schwitzigen Händen rutschig werden. Achtung: Das Lenkrad passt nicht auf alle Thrustmaster-Basen. Insgesamt bietet es viel Funktionalität und F1-Atmosphäre zum guten Preis, aber die Verarbeitungsqualität ist kompromissbehaftet.

I returned this steering wheel after learning most of the buttons are not only non-functioning, but not even buttons, but stickers. To be fair, I did not drive with the wheel, I was not happy with the quality. The Thrustmaster Sparco steering wheel is great.

Great on iRacing since you can use all the buttons. On Playstation a lot of the buttons are duplicates.

Set up a new racing rig and moved to a higher tier servo and wheel. This thing is awesome, just wish my kid would let me play with my own toys...

I rate this three star for several reasons. The wheel has 2 direction pads which is why I bought it. Unfortunately both d-pads act as the left stick/d-pad with Xbox one. Pointless IMO and should be in description. A button needs to be “broken in” and is tough to engage initially. So using the a button as a clutch dropped my lap times for the first few weeks. If you are thinking of “upgrading” to this wheel, stick with the original. Other than the f-1 design, this offers no benefits over the original 451 Italia wheel.
