Demon Gaze II für PS4 bietet ein tiefes, rundenbasiertes Kampfsystem und viele Party-Optionen, was es für neue wie erfahrene Spieler attraktiv macht. Die Sprachausgabe und die Story werden oft gelobt, ebenso wie der anpassbare Schwierigkeitsgrad und der Umfang an Post-Game-Inhalten. Weniger positiv sind die eintönige Dungeon-Grafik, das notwendige Grinden und die eingeschränkte Charakteranpassung im Vergleich zum ersten Teil. Auch einige Minispiele wirken überflüssig. Insgesamt ein starker Dungeon Crawler, aber nicht ohne klare Schwächen.

Story was good but I didn’t know that it’s more like a visual novel game. I should have done more research but none the less I gave it a shot and what I played wasn’t half bad. I would definitely recommend this to people who have played VN type of games and people who want to have a first good experience.
