There's no real difficulty. It's the epitome of participation ribbon culture. I hate this. No real connection to the previous superior games. The difficulty level needs a reality check as well as the npcs commentaries. Over all waste of $$. Feel like this was a game simply made for speed runners. Most offended by just being given a mew.

An outsourced cash grab that fails at most everything it tried to do

I remember playing the original Diamond on my little black DS Lite. It was by far the most difficult Pokémon game I’d ever played, which gave my overactive mind a great outlet. I think recent Pokémon games have slowly been losing their charm for me, which is a sad revelation to make for a lifelong player like me, but this has been an awesome experience so far. It’s refreshingly challenging while also being wonderfully nostalgic. The art style isn’t my favorite, but adding in character customization was a great choice.

Decent game but when you get used to the new style this one just doesn’t feel right. Great if you want a nostalgia game.

After playing Pokemon Go for 7 years, I have finally tried my first regular Pokemon game. So far the game is fun, but I find the gameplay to be a little bit slow and repetitive.
