Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers ist ein zugängliches JRPG, das besonders für jüngere oder unerfahrene Spieler geeignet ist. Ich mag die Idee eines sympathischen RPGs für Einsteiger und Kinder. Doch die Sache hat einen Haken: Es gibt keine deutsche Lokalisation. Dabei sprüht Destiny Connect vor Charme. Auch wenn die Grafik auf Switch manchmal etwas unscharf daherkommt, gefällt die stimmungsvolle Lichtsetzung. Und ein Rüffel muss noch sein: In engeren Räumen eskaliert die Kamera und springt nervös umher, darunter leidet nicht nur die Übersicht, sondern auch so mancher Spielermagen.

Fun, Charming and quirky. On the short end. Roughly 13-16 hours long. However, I'm really glad to have picked it up. At the start it felt like it was doing a bit of a homage to Earthbound, but it quickly came into it's own. Definitely a game to play with your kids before putting them to bed.

Cubed3 Rating Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers is a child-friendly, happy-go-lucky, time-travelling adventure that's enjoyable... for about an hour or so. Simply put, there are far better JRPGs out there - many of them equally carefree and friendly towards young gamers and newbies, and even more so.

On paper, [Destiny Connect] looks like exactly the kind of short and sweet beginner RPG to get your kids started on, yet it totally misses the mark with how uninspired and boring it is.
