1st off this is about GameStop shipping used games, when you buy them NEW online. I bought 3 games, and planned on buying more but not after this experience. Out of the 3 games only one of the games was shipped NEW, the other 2, including this one is USED. Now I have to go back to GameStop and take the time out of my day to make up for their incompetence. Fast Course Shrink Wrapped games are NEW, games without shrink wrap are used. It is not rocket science people. GameStop you have lost a customer of over 3 decades and I will be sharing my experience online.
