Ultimate Band

This is an okay cd for me, but the song selection is not my preference. I gave it a 5 star because I'm sure there are people out there who are going to LOVE the song selections. I used it for karaoke, so it didn't quite fit what I was using it for.

Für Kinder geeignet, etwas mehr Spielwitz wäre angebracht, aber sonst nicht schlecht, macht Spass! Ich würde es wahrscheinlich wieder kaufen

Bought this from Amazon at a great price and gotta say, my 9yr old daughter loves it! We have Rock Band, but she has never been able to get the drums on that game. This game is totally different than Rock Band, but for kids who find that too hard, this is perfect. I personally haven't played it but the kid loves it.

Ultimate Band ist sicher nichts für filigrane Künstler, die ein Musikstück möglichst genau nachspielen wollen. Hier geht es eher um die große Show, gute Stimmung zu machen und Spaß zu haben. Die grölende Party-Meute oder eine Kinderschar sind also schon eher ein passendes Publikum. Wer gerne Luftgitarre spielt, ist hier genau richtig und wird auch kaum ein besseres Spiel für seine Zwecke finden.

This game looked fun to me. I retired playing my guitar hero and rockband games and just was seeking another music game. So I bought this and, what a mistake! The game has so many screens (and loading screens) before you get to the main playing screen, for EACH song (maybe I missed something, but this was the case for me). As for playing to each song, (this coming from someone who played expert on guitar hero for over an hour), this hurt and tired my arms and hands very quickly. I had to quit after 3 songs! This didn't bother me, but the songs are not sung by the original singers/bands. I had no fun playing this game, even tho the characters were cute.
