Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred Review ( PS5 ) – As an avid fan of Diablo III, I was quite excited when Diablo IV finally arrived in the middle of last year. Much to my dismay however, the gameplay loop was lacking something. What the game offered then didn’t keep me around for too long. But I still wanted that same dungeon crawling and loot-nabbing experience that Diablo III gave me. While not a sweating dungeon crawler myself, I enjoy taking on harder content and getting upgrades along the way. With all that in mind, I took a chance on the expansion to Diablo IV. Even with its issues, I wasn’t disappointed in what I came back to.

The PS5 port is bad. The menus require a lot of clicking navigation. The skill trees are boring. Combat is too rapid and looks muddy with multiple players in the party. The open world scales up as the character levels up, so the player never really feels like he progresses and becomes stronger. Overall, this is my least favorite Diablo so far. In a positive note, the world visuals and graphics are stunning.

Been playing Diablo since the first one came out. They have all been great and the newest in the series is no different. My only complaint is that it's online only. Not everyone has strong internet connection and that can hamper the experience. That's literally the only negative I have to say about it.

Killer follow up to the Diablo Franchise, alot of fake comments in this section. This is easily a 9 out of 10 game, if you enjoy a fun campaign and great art. Its an easy must buy!

...if you want to be disappointed by online-only games that are unplayable if your internet, or the servers are out.
