Lower than the usual Samsonite quality, and far less resilient than my Samsonite suitcase bought in 1999. While the suitcase works perfectly well, it has a serious design flaw in that the wheels pop off too easily. This happened to us and after investigating it's clear that they come off entirely at the push of a button internally. In addition, the plastic is soft & thin enough that we've had the corner completely dented inwards in transit. We could reverse the dent, but a permanent crease mark remains. In summary, if you pay proper money for a proper suitcase from Samsonite, you expect it to be more resilient than this model.

Bought this for last month for my daughter and she loves it.

I wasn’t sure this case would be big enough, but used packing cubes and had enough for 4 days in London with sisters, and still had clothes unworn to bring back. Great to move around, even over cobbles. Handy handles, and easy to lift on and off trains and in and out of cars. Loved the double locking, making it secure. An ideal case for short trips, doesn’t tip over, and my sisters loved it. Loved the colour too.

Good, solid bag with smooth movement. Used for the first time to Canada and some scuffing on the case. Really like to attachment option to personalise. Overall a good purchase.

Looks cool and durable, I have not used it yet but I'm sure I will when we go on holiday next month.
