Excellent service. Prompt delivery of two, two wheeled, duffle cases purchased for cruising. They are lightweight and appear reasonably robust.

The suitcase arrived on time and was we-packaged. We wanted a large case than our previous Eagle-creek luggage we love. Unfortunately, the quality of the new American Tourister case did not compare with our old one. Zips were flimsy and the whole luggage did not seem robust at all. It had to go back. Thank you Amazon's team.
