The bag broke on the first travel! I paid so much money for a worthless product. Utterly disappointed

The internal zip broke on the first use, meaning all my clothes fall out then closing the case. I spoke to their support and they want me to ship the case back to them for inspection on my own expense. Shoddy quality and not great support. Not a happy customer and will not be rushing to buy another one. Wheels and handle do work ok though.

My daughter’s suitcase went missing on her latest flight. It was easy to find in the massive suitcase warehouse at Edinburgh Airport because it was bright red in a sea of black cases. The suitcase was mine and was damaged beyond use so this is it's brightly coloured replacement!

Bought this for my holiday. Firstly it’s badly designed in that you pack both sides with only a little strap to hold everything together, so when you try and close it everything starts falling out. Secondly when I was trying to zip it open the zipper kept splitting open and I hadn’t even over filled it. Then as I was trying to get the split open zipper undone again the zip just came off on one side! This was the morning before I went on holiday so had to quickly rush out to the shops and buy myself another. The one I bought was over half the price of this one and far superior. This is a waste of money and I was shocked at such poor quality for such an expensive product. Safe to say it was sent back and refunded

Very light, good looking case; very easy to manage.
