The top is way too brittle. Chipped on all edges and snapped completely across from front to back twice. Samsung dont want to acknowledge the problem. The first cooktop I've ever used or owned that has chipped or broken. Heating zones are very small also. Even the largest one which has a large circle to indicate a large zone only boils about a 10cm wide area.
