This was my first ever ice axe experience and it was great. Lightweight but sturdy. It got me through some treacherously snowing passes on the Teton Crest Trail.

A fantastic axe that I bring with me on every climb in the cascades.

Cool axe, great for technical lightweight climbs. I’ve used it on Bonanza, Forbidden, and Goode here in the Cascades as well as Granite Peak and Mt Owen in Montana and Wyoming. Also, The Moose’s Tooth in Alaska.

I used this for winter walking in Scotland. Good all around axe for walking on flat and slopes.

This ice axe is awesome! Light and strong makes cutting on ice and hard snow very easy. I use it climbing Mt Shuksan last weekend! I got the 52 cm and was easy to climb steep angle snow with it, highly recommended if you climb steep stuff over 45 degrees.
