Beim dritten Einsatz (Sägen von Ästen dmax=12cm) innerhalb von 2 Jahren erfolgt keine Kraftübertragung mehr auf die Getriebewelle. Der Motor läuft, jedoch ohne die Kette zu drehen. Das sollte eigentlich nicht passieren.

Alles i.O. Kettenspanner könnte aus Aluminium sein und nicht aus Kunststoff.

What to expect from makita other than a good product. Got it out of the box and it worked after very little assembly. it cuts better than I was expecting for an electric saw. I would have liked a little more RPM at the output, but it does the job like that. The Chain tightening is a little weak tho. When you tight the chain, it's a little plastic handle. I tightened it as tight as I was comfortable to do without fear to break it, But the chain becomes loose as soon as you use it a little intense. It's just a matter of pushing the bar back up. No need to un tighten it since it's not tight to begin with. This is my forst electric Chainsaw and it does what it is supposed to. Over all, It's a good product

This thing has way more power than expected. I have taken down a dozen trees ranging from 12 to 30 inches, and it went through all of them like a hot knife through butter. The chain oil capbis in a slightly wierd spot but a measuring tape under the handle makes it nice and level. Assembly and chain tensioning has a slight learning curve to it but nothing watching a youtube video cant fix. I'm not loyal to any particular brands but I'm super pleased with this Makita. Highly recommend this electric saw

I like the corded Makita shainsaw for its immense power, hassle free operation, self chain lubrication, no fooling around with batteries. And the safety overload protects the saw from overwork. Will not buy again ( because it will last my whole life! lol )
