Husqvarna 550XP Mark II

In the summer of 2024 dumped my Stihl MS251, it was always very, very hard to start, 10 lbs. and only has 3hp. The Husky 550 XP MKII weighs just over 10 lbs. and with 4 hp. The 550XP is so much easier to start and has more power and to me better balanced when cutting. The electric auto carb adjust has worked great for me and the saw runs very strong. No complaints!

This saw is absolutely awesome. I run an 18in bar and it's got plenty of power while it's well balanced and light to carry around all day. One of the best chainsaws I ever ran.

I bought this saw in the fall of 2021, had the dealer switch it from .325 to 3/8 to match my other Husky saws, I run a 20 inch bar on it and have not had a single issue with the saw since I bought it, have never had any issues with starting whether it is cold or hot out, I did take it back to my dealer last summer and had him check it for firmware and any other updates, ran saw after the updates and it ran just as good as it did before the updates, Love how this performs and couldnt be happier with my purchase, I have 2 other Husky saws 372xp and a 257 which I also bought brand new, I have had great luck with my husky saws over the years. would not buy anything else, I have cut wood all my life and have an outside wood burner that I have had for over 20 years,

This has been an outstanding chainsaw to operate. It is light and extremely powerful and has tackled very large trees that a 60-70cc saw should be used for with the greatest of ease. I bought this saw to have as my lifetime saw no matter how many other saws I will buy. Worth the investment!

I have been using Husqvarna saws for years in my farm firewood operations! The 460 Rancher has been my go to saw and have cut over 1000 cords with them. I just stepped up and bought the 550 xp Mark II and hands down this saw eats trees like nothing I have ever experienced! My new favorite firewood cutter that will take my business to the next level!
