Husqvarna 530iPT5 Solo

I had almost given up on an electric pole saw when I found this one. I’m very excited to keep using this saw, it’s got enough power to get all of my work done.

I don't know as I haven't received it yet. What is wrong with your process that you need 10 days for "credit processing "? I'm very disappointed in the responses from customer service.

I have been using this unit for almost a year for occasional use and could not \be happier with the unit. The battery unit is always available, no worry about gas or carburetor issues. Solid feel and great adaptability for extended reaches. Well balanced and powerful saw. If you are on the fen ce about this unit, make the move and get one, well worth the purchase.

I use this model all the time for commercial tree pruning and it is amazing. Lightweight and well balance. I love it and my guys love it. We have several of them on my trucks.

I put the pole saw in my cart…. With the promotion, I’d get a battery and a charger. All was in my cart, saw, battery, charger. Hit place order and the Battery and charger were not in my cart. I’ve literally spent hours trying to get this corrected and all they could do was cancel my order….twice! I love the tools! But the service and web sites have cost me a lot of time. Th chat sessions have honestly cost me 3-4 hrs and I still don’t have a pole saw with my battery and charger. So frustrating!!!! Russ
