I have removed some thick bush branches which the chain saw coped with well. On larger tree branches it initially did ok, but I found it got hot and the chain easily blunted. I bought a sharpening kit but to be honest its easier to do by hand with a small round file. problem now is it seems to want sharpening often so have ordered a new chain. May be a case hardened chain and thus one sharpen and you get to the soft part?? For info its a Oregon 90 with 34 drive teeth.

it’s a very good chainsaw I recommend buying it. One little problem it becomes a bit loose but you can tighten that.

Not very sturdy, coming upto it’s first anniversary and the pins between the sections (which carry the battery charge) have become so recessed that it only works in one angle. First couple of times I used it were amazing though. One to avoid though sadly.

Have only used it a few times and it has packed in working. Now trying to return to Amazon. When working it's great. But I think the motor has packed in as there is no power to the unit. Very disappointed!!!

OK I've only had this a couple of days and been through some confusions about how to set the chain if it catches on a sharp twig and falls of it's spigot or understanding that the battery must be always recharging whenever you put it down if you mean to use it again that day, and that the machine switches off if the any of the joints are loose. But apart from that I find it easy to use and am surprised how large the branches are that I have been able to cut. One good thing is that the machine head and saw is quite light when you are lifting it up unlike my hedge trimmer which is a real strain when on full extension. My only criticism so far is that the battery takes a long time to recharge. Suitable for a lady to use.
