It is good. Just wish that it had an option to change positions with a spacer. Height adjustment maybe an extra plate ?

Great addition to my monopod, easy release and secure for my Nikon D850 with heavy lens !

This installs easily and makes it far easier to mount your camera to a tripod. It also has a lock to prevent accidental separation of the camera from the tripod. It makes it much quicker to mount and dismount the camera from the tripod.

While I do have an arca swiss style plate. This quick release system also is very easy to use. I mainly use this on my gimbal so that I dont have to calibrate the balancing of my A6500 whenever its on a Gimbal.
