I am using this lens on a Pentax K3-II, and not disappointed! Very smooth in use, and silky focusing. Sharper than I expected, and also focuses a lot closer, than I expected. The enclosed photo was taken hand held, with no tilting or shifting applied, and at f 5.6, ISO 3200, 1/160sec exposure. Just a fast test shot, and if more detail was needed, then a tripod and exposure at base ISO, was the way to go. Still - a lot of detail. Well done Samyang!

As a tilt-shift lens option, Samyang offers a very economic opportunity with optimal quality for all photographers to taste tilt-shift experience. Unless users go "pixel-peeping", the quality is nice and sufficient. The ideal aperture is f/8 for best sharpness. But to increase the effect of bokeh with tilt, it is rather good to take shot at f/3.5. As for all tilt-shift lenses, it is a difficult lens to use. But practice shall render you able to use it with skill in time. It is a very delicious taste to shoot photographs with Samyang T-S 24mm when you get used to it. I can recommend this lens for all photographers who wants to use tilt-shift lens but does not want to invest in 3-times-more-expensive Canon lenses. At this price, it is an amazing experince.

I bought this lens for architectural photography and I'm thrilled with it. The ability to tilt and shift simultaneously is a tremendous advantage over the Nikon, to say nothing of the 67% savings in cost. Sharpness is excellent between f/8 and f/11, and distortion is minimal and easy to fix in post. Colors, saturation and contrast are excellent. Comments re: flimsy knobs and slippery adjustments are all accurate. To get around this I simply hold the barrel and lift it up or down instead of using the knobs. It works quite well in this regard. I highly recommend this lens.
