Panasonic Lumix S 24-105mm F4 MACRO O.I.S.

I got this lens as a "kit lens" with the S1 when the S series full frame cameras were launched. The focal range of 24 to 105 mm has been excellent for landscape photography while allowing a tighter zoom in for people/ action shots. This was the first constant aperture lens that I owned - maximum f/4 - but I usually stop down to f/11 for landscape. The 77 mm filter size is the same as the S Pro 70-200 mm f/4.

Currently a student and reached out to LUMIX to put together the right camera kit for school. Wanted a full frame that would be good for both photo and video. Ended up going with the S5II kit and then added the 24-105mm lens. I'm a first time LUMIX user - really loving it!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this lens due to the price but I have not been disappointed and the price I paid was a bargain thanks to the deal Wex had on at the time. Perfect service!

Good Points: I was a bit concerned it might be too big and heavy when mounted on my Lumix S5. It isn’t. Feels perfect. Improvement Points: Slight rotational play when on the camera. Only slightly annoying though.

Very Sharp and stabilises very well on Sigma fp camera that has no IBS.
