Super versatile lens for the GH5 , I’ve been very happy with it with both my photo and video work Before that I was shooting with the 15 mm 1.7, but because I do a lot of shooting on a tripod, having that extra zoom is very helpful to get the framing right Only negative is that it’s not a small lens, so it does add a bit of extra bulk to the camera

Grade wer zum Filmen auf MFT setzt wird von diesem Glas begeistert sein. Die Kombination aus der durchgehenden Apertur von f2.8 und den wichtigsten Abbildungsmaßstäben, 24 - 70 mm auf Kleinbild, macht es für mich zu dem besten nativen MFT-Objektiv (zum Filmen!). Für Fotografen ist das 12-60 von Leica eventuell interessanter. Das Objektiv wirkt trotz seiner geringen Größer sehr gut verarbeitet. Der AF ist leiser als bei den Kit-Objektiven von Panasonic oder den günstigeren Festbrennweiten. Das Dual IS ermöglicht tolle Aufnahmen aus der Hand. Was man wissen muss: Obwohl das Objektiv beim Blick hinein besser Vergütet aussieht als die günstigeren Gläser von Panasonic, hat dieses einen merkbar stärkeren Lens Flare als die meisten Zooms von Panasonic.

I purchased this Lens to be used on a Z Cam E2. I must say that this is a very sharp and lightweight lens. The fact that the Z Cam E2 does not have stabilization makes this lens a Gem. it's a great combiniation for the Z Cam E2.

It's sharp at f 2.8 and it gives a natural look to the image, Its slightly over priced. It's wire by focus be aware of that but overall it's a great 24mm to 70 mm focal range.
