Just the lens I wanted for an amateur boxing home show. A constant f. through the zoom range was needed for fast action in a poorly lit working man's club. Harrisons had it in stock at a good price (for "proper" retailers) and just when I needed it to claim the Olympus cashback offer.

This is the single most useful, and optically the best, lens I own. I use it mostly for wildlife and nature photography and video. It is very sharp, zooms very well and smoothly and focuses easily. Although it is only a 300mm equivalent I find myself using it for wildlife more than the 100-400mm. I have used it with a 2x teleconverter but I much prefer it without. I use my camera everyday on 1-2 hour walks and it is a great lens for those occasions when a bigger lens just gets in the way.

Great picture quality, manual clutch and compatibility with teleconverters make it one of the best lenses for m4/3 system especially when paired with OM-1 camera.

The use of the product covers my requirements. I like the fact the lens is compact and this makes easy to use hand held.
