I am using this lens for bird / wildlife photography. Early days yet but results very good so far. Having had two Fuji zoom lenses suffer from moisture getting into the optics I am very relieved that all focussing with this lens is internal. The lens feels substantial and all functions operate smoothly. The most significant limitation is of course the f number; you need very good light to take top quality moving wildlife pictures handheld with high shutter speed unless you accept very high iso.

I have bought online from Castle Cameras before so went back to them to buy the 150-600mm Fujinon lens, which arrived in perfect condition, well packed, in a timely manner, and was as described. It's a great lens and a real benefit if you enjoy wildlife and bird photography. I have also got some nice macros shots with it - I can stay well back from the insect and zoom in without bothering it at all. Great all round lens - not too bad for scenery, either.
