I honestly did not expect that from an item in this condition category. I also noticed quite a bit of dust inside the lens. While it may not affect image quality, it was disappointing to see given the 8+ rating. I’m using the Canon 50mm STM lens with my Canon 4000D and I’m honestly impressed with the results. The lens produces very sharp images with beautiful background blur, especially for portraits. Autofocus is smooth and quiet, and it performs much better in low light compared to the kit lens. It’s lightweight, easy to carry around, and definitely one of the best affordable lenses for the Canon 4000D. I’m really happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
