The product is as expected - however - it was the exceptional kitchen Warehouse response to my order that stood out. Within minutes of placing my order I had confirmation and very shortly after received shipping advice and delivery within two days. Exceptional.

This little one cup French Press is sturdy, well made and makes the best rich coffee. (Use coarse ground coffee) Bodum is known for its quality glass products and this is one of them. It's a simple system. Using the scoop that comes with it, put 2 scoops of your favorite coarse to medium ground coffee in the press, heat your water to your liking, pour in the press and put the top on and begin to press the metal filter down, slowly. Let sit for 4 or 5 minutes (just enough time to make a slice of toast and jam), pour in your cup and enjoy. Love this. Recommended.

Got rid of my Keurig- kept not working, expensive cups, quality less than what I liked. Now I have always freshly ground coffee at whatever strength I am in the mood for. Takes more time to brew and clean but its worth it- I have several so I usually have a clean one- can put in the dishwasher. The only maintenance is replacing the filter screen once per quarter- bought a few year's worth for a few dollars.

I bought the 12 Oz version of this french press not to make coffee (I own another larger version for that). No, I bought this small press to froth my cream with it, and it makes coffee house good foamy cream! Simply fill it about 1/3 to 1/2 with half n half or whole milk, heat in microwave for one minute and use the plunger up and down for 15 seconds or so to create a thick and luxurious delicious foam... enjoy!
