I ordered it because I really liked the design but for the price paid the quality is poor. Especially the glass carafe. The cheap plastic handle wobbled from the start and broke off within 6 months of light use (not daily as bought for our holiday home). I can be glad it happened over the counter top, otherwise I would have been burned by hot coffee!!! The replacement glass jar cost me nearly £50 incl postage. Considering that I could buy 3 coffee machines from other brands for the price I paid for this one I would not recommend or buy again as poor quality for the price. Which shows again branded items don't guarantee quality. Waste of money. Sorry.

Ware wurde ewig nicht geliefert nach Storno antwortet die Firma relativ spät. Erst als ich angerufen hatte, habe ich erfahren, dass mein Rückruf beziehungsweise Storno eingegangen ist.
