unfortunately the automation circuits on this machine dont last long and you can return under warranty where it will be nudged out of jammed circuitry but the second time it happens it will be out of warranty

I must have had my machine 18 months and I love it. I make several cups a day and could not live with out it . I use Nespresso capsules and the same one that we like . It makes the perfect coffee skinny flat white extra Hot. I am a really fussy person with my coffee and it certainly makes better coffee that a lot of the cafes around.

we upgraded from a different Nespresso pod machine and are extremely happy with the Creatista Pro. Find the coffee and milk frothing quality to be significantly better than our previous machine. We really like the fact that you can save custom settings rather than having to adjust each time.
