bought a speaker an never recevied it....according with your emails it ws delivery but no proof it, no photo, no document prooving the delivery....very very bad

I waited a while to purchase these speakers, and boy, they were worth the wait. The sound is beautiful and it's easy to pair them and enjoy stereo mode. I love the color and the battery lasts for a very long time. The only drawback is that they do not appear in the Bose app, and they do not come with instructions or a charging plug. They provide the cords, but not the USB plug needed to charge them. For the price of the speakers, it seems like they could have included a matching plug as part of the set.

My old Soundlink, bought in 2016, died. I bought this, thinking, oh, well, it won't be as good. And it is!

I got this 10 days or so ago. I've had better , there could be more bass in it , truth be told I'd rather have something w more bass and it doesn't connect to my bose app so it really disappointed me.
