Die Bang & Olufsen Beosound A5 bietet beeindruckenden Klang mit tiefem Bass, klaren Höhen und luxuriösem Design. Dank Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2 und Chromecast ist sie vielseitig einsetzbar. Der Lautsprecher ist wasserfest (IP65), hat eine gute Akkulaufzeit und unterstützt kabelloses Laden. Nachteile sind der hohe Preis, das Fehlen physischer Audioeingänge und dass Room Compensation nur per App funktioniert und manchmal instabil ist. Bluetooth unterstützt keine High-Res-Codecs.

This thing does everything. First, and most important, it has absolutely briliant hifi quality sound. I bought it as a streamer to carry around and stream music, perhaps at a bbq or just in the house or around. It does that perfectly, the battery lasts for ages and the sound will fill any room or space. However, I find that it works as a clock radio, waking me up in the morning with superb sound. And I can stand it behind my laptop, so that when I am watching a film it sounds like I am at the movies. And the app has allowed me to connect to all the radio staions in the world. I have become a fan of Radio Paradise more or less randomly, and it just makes me happy. Its just absolutley marvelous. I'm loving it. I should say, that at first I had a few problems getting it to understand which device it was meant to connect to, and which hifi, etc, but I got it all sorted. It works well.

Delivered quickly. I Purchased the Beosound A5 following a conversation with my Son. He recalled me taking him into the Bang and Olufsen shop in Canterbury when he was 6 I explained to the gentleman in the shop that I could not afford to buy anything but wanted my son to hear just how good music could sound .He is now 23 and remembers that day well and thinks it's what gave him the incentive to play the drums. Now I'm in a better place financially and we both love the sound richness of the Beosound A5

I can use it as a bluetooth speaker, but the beoconnect for windows program doesn't work and I can't use it via wifi. I have spent hours on it and followed all the instructions. The bang and olufsun android app only worked after having multiple attempts with a full reset on the speaker. Will not connect automatically through windows 11 if I try without the app. I have wasted hours on this. Not what I expect from a premium product. I recommend getting something cheaper that works
