Ich würde gerne was positives sagen, aber es fällt mir leider schwer: Die Gerät überhitzt. Man kann es nur 5 Minuten nutzen, dann muss es erstmal 20-30 Minuten abkühlen, um dann wieder 5 Minuten genutzt werden zu können. Beim ersten Gerät trat dieses Problem erst nach 5 Behandlungen auf. Beim zweiten während der 3. Behandlung und jetzt schon beim ersten Mal. Dadurch das das Gerät vom Händler eingeschickt wurde, konnte ich auch den Behandlungsintervall nicht einhalten und kann auch von keinen tollen Ergebnissen schwärmen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Benutze das Gerät seit etwas über einem Jahr und es hat nichts, überhaupt nichts gebracht. Die Haare wachsen ganz normal nach. Die Haare sind nicht weniger oder feiner geworden, gar nichts ist passiert. Hatte gehofft, dass ich im Sommer schöne, glatte Beine habe, Pustekuchen. Zeitverschwendung und Geldverschwendung.

This product is great and easy to use and after one treatment could see a visible reduction in hair growth. However after three weeks of having this product it is not working and the 1-5 buttons keep flashing and it will not start the treatment. I contacted Philips support over a week ago and not received a response yet. I would like a replacement as this system is great but aftercare support is not.
