These discs perform exceptionally well. They're very fast, very quiet, and low power consumption.

Quality of the drive appears to be very good. Was able to plug and play in a RAID 5 environment with no issues. So far it has held up nicely and I would not hesitate to order more if the need arises. I would personally like to have 5 or 6 more on hand but i was out voted on that one. Time will tell. A very good deal.

I used those on a HP ProLiant DL380 G7 and it works really well and I am very happy to buy those Hard drive.

Excellent condition on 2 of the 3 I ordered. All 3 were fully reliable. I upgraded the firmware without issue on them all and, get this, moved them into new Smart Carriers and plugged them into a Gen9 ProLiant (DL360) with a P440. Everything works perfectly with no warning lights (after upgrading firmware). The only reason I didn't include the 3rd drive as being in excellent condition was just because of the age of the drive. When I pulled the Smart Array diagnostic info it showed running time of 2 of the drives as only a few hundred hours uptime. That's like a week or two of running, but the 3rd was a hair under 5 years of constant uptime. That doesn't leave me with too much left, but I ordered the 3 as a RAID 1 + spare setup. Instead I did a RAID 1 for all three so there's no rebuild time when one fails. I expect I'll be getting my money's worth from these.

Works perfectly. The price is 1/20 HPE's list price for the same brand new product.
